SSJR Wins Favorable Decision on All Appealed Issues

SSJR’s attorneys succeeded in achieving a reversal of all enablement and prior art rejections issued by a patent examiner in a patent application directed to a vehicle brake system following an appeal to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. The application has now been allowed and is awaiting issuance.
