A Federal District Court in Seattle has dismissed a patent invalidity claim asserted against SSJR’s client, Cygnus Medical LLC. The Court was unswayed by the opposing party’s rebuttal of SSJR’s motion to dismiss, holding that the claim lacked sufficient factual support.
