PTO Board Finds All Pending Claims Novel and Non-Obvious After Successful SSJR Appeal

Attorneys for SSJR have secured an Appeals Board decision reversing all rejections issued by the examiner. The patent application is directed to an apparatus for minimizing moisture desorbed into a chromatographic column. PerkinElmer’s patent application has been returned to the examiner for further action connected with the reversal.
