The Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences has reversed all enablement rejections and a vast majority of prior art rejections in a patent application directed to a brake system for heavy vehicles. The application has been allowed and is expected to issue in due course.

SSJR’s patent prosecution team has successfully convinced the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences to reverse all of the examiner’s outstanding rejections in a reexamination proceeding for a patent application directed to an online asset backed currency. The case was returned to the examiner for further proceeding.

The Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences has reversed a vast majority of claim rejections issued by the patent examiner in a patent application directed to an automatically configurable endoscopic video camera system. The case has since been allowed and is awaiting issuance.
