St. Onge IP Successfully Opposes Turkish Application for B Billboard TV on behalf of its client BILLBOARD

St. Onge IP attorneys Gene Winter and Tatyana Voloshchuk prevailed in a trademark opposition proceeding in Turkey on behalf of its client Billboard IP Holdings. Turkish Patent and Trademark Office issued a decision rejecting the third-party application for B Billboard TV in its entirety as being confusingly similar to the famous BILLBOARD trademark.
