St. Onge IP Prevails in US Trademark Opposition on Behalf of Its Client, The Wiffle Ball, Inc.

Gene Winter and AnneMarie Provino of St. Onge IP prevailed in a trademark opposition proceeding on behalf of its client, The Wiffle Ball, Inc. against Rhinegeist Brewing.   The United States Trademark Office entered a Decision against Rhinegeist and refused registration of “WHIFFLE” for use on beer.
