St. Onge IP Prevails in U.S. Trademark Opposition on Behalf of Its Client, VICTOR WINES

Gene Winter, Jonathan Winter and AnneMarie Cheverko (Provino) of St. Onge IP prevailed in consolidated trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings on behalf of its client, Victor Wines, owner of the VICTOR® trademark. The United States Trademark Office entered a Decision against Vaxco Vineyards Kft. and refused registration of “JULIET VICTOR” and canceled the JULIET VICTOR logo for wine.
