St. Onge IP Prevails in U.S. Trademark Opposition on Behalf of Its Client, Haldex Brake Products Corporation

Steven Simonis, Samantha Gerold and AnneMarie Cheverko of St. Onge IP prevailed in trademark opposition proceedings on behalf of its client, Haldex Brake Products Corporation, owner of the HALDEX® trademark. The United States Trademark Office entered a Decision against Dong Wenting and refused registration of “HALDEX” for tools and instruments.
