On December 14, 2018, St. Onge IP team of Gene Winter and AnneMarie Provino successfully obtained a Decision sustaining an opposition in Hong Kong on behalf of its client Latex Foam International, Inc. and its TALALAY GLOBAL trademark against an application for .  The Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region concluded that the trademark is confusingly similar.
