St. Onge IP Prevails in Trademark Opposition on Behalf of Its Client Growth Products Ltd.

Gene Winter, Alyson DiLena and Samantha Gerold of St. Onge IP prevailed in a trademark opposition proceeding on behalf of its client Growth Products Ltd., owner of the famous ESSENTIAL registration. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board entered a default judgment against the third-party Applicant and refused registration of the BIOESSENTIAL mark.
