Gene Winter and AnneMarie Provino of St. Onge IP prevailed in a trademark cancellation proceeding on behalf of its client Monsieur Touton Selection Ltd. and RIVER WALK trademark. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board entered a default judgment against the third-party Registrant and cancelled the registration for RIVERWALK BLONDE ALE mark.
