Gene Winter and AnneMarie Provino of St. Onge IP prevailed in a trademark opposition proceeding on behalf of its client Spinmedia, LLC and VIBE magazine trademark. The EUIPO entered a Decision against URBAN VIBE and refused registration of the URBAN VIBE trademark in the entire class 16.
