St. Onge IP Prevails in China Trademark Opposition on Behalf of Its Client, The Wiffle Ball, Inc.

Gene Winter and AnneMarie Provino of St. Onge IP prevailed in a trademark opposition proceeding on behalf of its client, The Wiffle Ball, Inc. against Shuimu Sky (Beijing) Education Technology Co., LTD.   The China Trade Mark Office entered a Decision against Shuimu Sky and refused registration of “WIFFLE” in class 28.
