St. Onge IP Prevails in China Trademark Cancellation on Behalf of Its Client, Blue Ridge Product Solutions LLC

Jonathan Winter, Samantha Gerold and AnneMarie Cheverko of St. Onge IP prevailed in trademark cancellation proceedings in China on behalf of its client, Blue Ridge Product Solutions LLC, owner of the MODERN WARRIOR trademark for tactical vests and camouflage clothing. The China Trademark Office entered a Decision against Changsha Snake Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and canceled the 现代武士 (“MODERN WARRIOR” in Chinese characters) registration.
