St. Onge IP files new Copyright lawsuit against Capcom

St. Onge IP has filed a new Copyright lawsuit in Connecticut on behalf of Judy Juracek.  The lawsuit alleges that Capcom has used numerous of Juracek’s photographs without permission.  Specifically, the allegations detail a number of infringements within Capcom’s Resident Evil and Devil May Cry games as well as use of one of Juracek’s photographs within the Resident Evil logo itself.  The filing has garnered substantial press coverage within hours of its filing such as:
