SSJR Wins TTAB Opposition for GLACIER Vodka

The USPTO Trademark Trial & Appeal Board (“TTAB”) has sustained the opposition filed by SSJR on behalf of its client National Distillers Products Company.

The TTAB ruled that the applicant’s mark ALASKA GLACIER VODKA was likely to cause confusion with National Distillers’ existing mark GLACIER, for vodka.
