SSJR Wins Summary Judgement in Supply Contract Case

SSJR is pleased to announce that the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut has granted SSJR’s motion for summary judgment in favor of its client, United Aluminum Corporation. United Aluminum is a respected aluminum rolling company located in North Haven, Connecticut. In its ruling, the Court held that United Aluminum had timely exercised its contractual right to extend its nitrogen supply agreement with Linde Inc. and was entitled to extend its contract for the supply of nitrogen, under all the terms and conditions, including price, for a term of 5 years.
