SSJR Wins Reversal of all Rejections in BPAI Appeal

As a result of the efforts of SSJR’s attorneys, the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences issued a decision reversing all rejections of the patent examiner. As a result of the Board’s decision, a patent is expected to issue with 78 claims directed to a control system for medical devices.
