SSJR Successfully Appeals Rejection of Patent Application Directed to a Device for Cleaning the Flexible Hollow Shaft of a Medical Instrument

SSJR’s attorneys have successfully appealed the rejection of a patent application directed to a device for cleaning the flexible hollow shaft of a medical instrument. Shortly after conducting an oral hearing, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued a Decision on Appeal reversing all rejections issued by the Examiner. Issuance of a patent containing all pending claims is expected in due course.
