SSJR Successfully Appeals Rejection in Medical Device Patent Application

SSJR’s attorneys succeeded securing reversal of the rejection of 16 of 18 claims issued by the patent examining corps following an appeal to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. The patent application relates to a video recording and image capture system for recording medical procedures. Patent issuance is expected in due course.
