SSJR Successful in OHIM Opposition

SSJR, working closely with its European colleagues, D Young & Co LLP, successfully defended an opposition against a European trademark application for a “C” logo filed by its client Cultec Inc. which had been filed by a Spanish water company, Sociedad General de Aguas de Barcelona, S.A. (OHIM Opposition Division, Opposition No. B 2 160 813, Decision 27 Nov. 2015).
