SSJR Obtains Favorable Summary Judgment Ruling

SSJR received a favorable ruling from the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut regarding a motion for summary judgment. SSJR represents the plaintiffs Argus Research, Inc. and Argus Investors’ Counsel, Inc. in a lawsuit for trademark infringement, unfair competition, and dilution.

The defendants’ motion requested dismissal of the case on the grounds of laches and estoppel. SSJR attorneys successfully opposed the motion allowing the case to move forward for a jury trial on the merits.
