SSJR Obtains Dismissal of Trademark Opposition by CyberSquatter

SSJR has successfully obtained a dismissal of an opposition filed by a cyber-squatter against a trademark application filed by its client The ShoeMart, Inc. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board granted SSJR’s motion to dismiss the opposition with prejudice.
