SSJR Appeal of Vehicle Brake System Application Overturns All Rejections

SSJR’s attorneys appealed multiple rejections of a patent application directed to a vehicle brake system. During the appeal, the U.S. Patent Office withdrew several of the rejections after receiving SSJR’s brief, and SSJR proceeded with the appeal of the remaining rejections maintained by the Patent Office. The Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences subsequently reversed these remaining rejections.
