PTO Appeal Board Reverses Patent Claim Rejections in Successful SSJR Appeal

SSJR attorneys have secured a decision by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board reversing all rejections in an application related to a surgical insufflation system. Issuance of a patent containing all pending claims is expected in due course.
