St. Onge IP attorneys Gene Winter and Jonathan Winter obtained a favorable decision on behalf of their client Custom-Pak, Inc. in front of the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The technology at issue relates to blow molded cases which employ a combination of single and double wall construction to provide substantial material savings for a more economical and environmentally friendly protective case.
