Order won to transfer paulmccartney.com to artist and District Court challenge dismissed with prejudice


Firm member, Fritz L. Schweitzer III, won a UDRP domain arbitration proceeding ordering the transfer of paulmccartney.com, lindamccartney.com, and linda-mccartney.com to the artists. A challenge of the order in Federal District Court was dismissed with prejudice. Hammerton v. McCartney, et al, US DC MD FL 8:01-cv-00269-SM.
