Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences Reverses All Rejections After Appeal by SSJR Attorneys

In a case directed to an endoscopic surgery device, SSJR’s patent prosecution team has succeeded in convincing the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences to reverse all rejections issued by the patent examiner. The case has since been allowed as U.S. Patent No. 7,131,985.
