Another Successful Patent Appeal

The Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences has reversed all Examiner rejections to claims of a patent application prosecuted by SSJR. The Board agreed with SSJR’s arguments that the Examiner failed to show a combination of references rendered obvious pending claims directed to a quick release valve for a vehicle braking system.
