Another Domain Dispute Win for SSJR Client

On November 20, 2018, the SSJR team of Gene Winter and AnneMarie Provino obtained a favorable decision in a UDRP domain name arbitration proceeding, ordering a transfer of the domain name, BillboardMusic.Org to its client Billboard IP Holdings, LLC. The National Arbitration Forum agreed with SSJR’s arguments and concluded that the domain in question is confusingly similar to Complainant’s BILLBOARD® trademark, and that the registrant does not have any legitimate rights in the domain and registered it in bad faith.
