Another Domain Dispute Win for SSJR Client

On December 29, 2016, the SSJR team of Gene Winter and AnneMarie Provino obtained a favorable decision in a UDRP domain name arbitration proceeding, ordering a transfer of the domain name, Media-Bistro.Com
to its client Prometheus Global Media, LLC. The National Arbitration Forum agreed with SSJR’s arguments and concluded that the domain in question is confusingly similar to Complainant’s MediaBistro® trademark, and that the registrant does not have any legitimate rights in the domain and registered it in bad faith.
