Another Board of Patent Appeals Win For SSJR Attorneys

The Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences has reversed all rejections of pending claims in a patent application directed to a tablecloth covering and method of covering and skirting a table. As the technology is involved in a pending litigation, it is expected that once issued, this patent will be added to the lawsuit.
