Andy Corea Interviewed Regarding Lighting Ballast Case

SSJR Member Andy Corea was interviewed recently by Texas Lawyer regarding the Lighting Ballast case currently pending before the Federal Circuit. Mr. Corea along with Stephen McNamara and Todd Oberdick co-authored an amicus brief on behalf of the Connecticut Intellectual Property Law Association supporting a rehearing of the case en banc. The Court recently granted the petition and will consider the extent to which District Court factual findings in claim construction will be given deference in appellate review.
