Glossary Pilot Program Offers Expedited Examination
The Glossary Pilot Program of The United States Patent and Trademark Office aims to increase claim clarity by allowing applicants to include a glossary that defines key terms in patent claims in exchange for expedited examination. Eligible applications must be original U.S. applications and must be software- or business method-related.
