Gene S. Winter
Mr. Winter has been lead counsel in numerous patent, trademark and copyright litigations and practices in a wide variety of technologies including mechanical, computer and chemical arts. Mr. Winter specializes in international and domestic licensing and contract negotiation, with particular emphasis on trademark matters, on which he has lectured and published. He is a past President of the Connecticut Patent Law Association.
