Amanda Greenspon
Ms. Greenspon is primarily engaged in trademark prosecution, trademark and copyright litigation, and licensing.
She was previously a judicial intern for both the Honorable R.H. Mayer, Circuit Judge, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (during his tenure as Chief Judge) and for the Honorable J. M. Barzilay, Judge, Court of International Trade.
Ms. Greenspon is a trained mediator and has mediated cases for the Manhattan Civil Court and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Prior to law school, she worked as a consultant with Accenture, a global management consulting and technology services company, for clients in the United States and Switzerland, and Banister International, an executive search and consulting organization.
