Benjamin J. Lehberger
Mr. Lehberger’s practice focuses primarily on patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation. He prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patents in a variety of technical fields including mechanical and medical devices, wireless devices, computer software, and internet and business method inventions. Mr. Lehberger is engaged in a range of intellectual property litigation matters with a focus on pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch Waxman Act. He is also experienced in intellectual property licensing, and the registration of trademarks and copyrights. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Lehberger was a helicopter design engineer at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.
